Welcome to TicTic. By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile application (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using TicTic in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required by your country’s laws) to use TicTic. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet the age requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must not use another person’s account without permission.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Conduct

When using TicTic, you agree not to:

  • Post, share, or stream content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or invasive of another’s privacy.
  • Impersonate any person or entity or falsely represent your affiliation.
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any destructive code.
  • Engage in spamming, phishing, or any form of unsolicited advertising.
  • Exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm minors in any way.
  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App’s servers or networks.
  • Use automated means (bots, scripts) to access or interact with the App without our permission.
  • Collect or harvest personal information of other users.
  • Sell, resell, or commercially exploit any part of the App without authorization.

5. Content Ownership and License

Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create and share on TicTic (including live streams, videos, posts, comments, and messages). By posting content, you grant TicTic a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display your content in connection with operating and improving the App.

Our Content

All intellectual property rights in the App itself (including software, design, graphics, logos, and trademarks) are owned by or licensed to TicTic. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our content without our written permission.

6. Virtual Currency (Coins)

  • TicTic offers virtual currency (“Coins”) for purchase through the App.
  • Coins can be used to send virtual gifts to other users during live streams.
  • Coins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency.
  • All Coin purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or platform policies.
  • We reserve the right to modify Coin pricing, earning rates, and gifting mechanics at any time.

7. In-App Purchases

TicTic offers in-app purchases for virtual items and premium features. All purchases are processed through the respective app store (Google Play Store or Apple App Store) and are subject to their terms and conditions. Refund requests must be made through the app store from which the purchase was made.

8. Live Streaming Guidelines

  • You must be at least 18 years old to broadcast live content.
  • Live streams must comply with our content policies and community guidelines.
  • We reserve the right to terminate any live stream that violates our policies without prior notice.
  • You are solely responsible for the content you broadcast and any consequences thereof.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, the App, or third parties. You may delete your account at any time through the App’s settings. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. TicTic makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App’s operation, availability, security, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TicTic, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or personal injury.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TicTic and its affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the App.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction, as required by law.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and, where appropriate, within the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
