Recharge Agreement
This TicTic user recharge agreement (hereinafter referred to as “this Agreement”) stipulates the rights and obligations of the user (hereinafter referred to as “you”) in relation to recharge, consumption, and use of products provided by TicTic, a Singapore-based company and its affiliated enterprises (hereinafter referred to as “TicTic” or “TicTic platform”).
Before agreeing to this Agreement, please carefully read and fully understand the rules and requirements of TicTic, as well as applicable national laws and regulations governing internet information services. If you object to any terms of this Agreement, please do not use the service. By using the service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and any future amendments. If you are 18 years old or above, you confirm that you have full civil capacity.
Article 1 General Provisions
1.1 The TicTic platform is a video social platform provided by the TicTic team, enabling users to conduct live video broadcasts, watch live streams, engage in video chats, and interact with other users through text, voice, video, and virtual gifts. TicTic provides virtual gifts, technical support, traffic access, and related services.
1.2 You acknowledge the relevance and cost of the services and agree to pay fees in accordance with the platform’s recharge rules. Recharge rules apply equally to the same category of users. You must agree to this Agreement before using the services.
1.3 The final interpretation right of this Agreement belongs to the TicTic platform. TicTic reserves the right to revise or modify this Agreement, platform rules, and codes of conduct at any time. Updated agreements will require your renewed consent.
Article 2 Service Rules
2.1 “Gold Coins” are virtual currency provided by TicTic for consumption on the TicTic platform, including purchasing virtual gifts. Gold Coins are not redeemable for Singapore Dollars or any legal tender.
2.2 You may purchase Gold Coins through the TicTic mobile application. Exchange ratios are subject to the rules announced by the TicTic platform at the time of recharge.
2.3 Gold Coins may be purchased using SGD via Android clients through Google Pay. TicTic reserves the right to adjust, suspend, or terminate purchase rules in accordance with laws, regulatory requirements, or business needs. Such changes take effect upon announcement.
2.4 You must carefully confirm your account details when recharging. TicTic is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect input or improper operation.
2.5 Recharges conducted through illegal or unauthorized channels are not guaranteed. TicTic may terminate account privileges without compensation.
2.6 Once recharging is successful, Gold Coins may be used on the platform. No refunds or reversals are provided.
2.7 In the event of system errors, TicTic reserves the right to correct discrepancies. Excess Gold Coins may be deducted, and shortages will be credited after verification.
Article 3 Declaration of Rights
3.1 You may view your Gold Coin balance at any time. Platform transaction records shall be the final and authoritative basis.
3.2 TicTic may set transaction limits or controls for security reasons.
3.3 Third-party payment providers are responsible for payment services. TicTic bears no liability for their actions.
3.4 You confirm that you are the lawful holder of the Google Pay account used for recharging.
3.5 TicTic shall not be liable for losses caused by user fault, including account issues, password disclosure, or negligence.
3.6 TicTic shall not be liable for service disruptions caused by maintenance, force majeure, technical failures, or third-party issues.
Article 4 Punishment Rules
4.1 TicTic may suspend or terminate services without notice if false information is provided, rules are violated, or illegal conduct occurs.
4.2 Unauthorized recharges or illegal purchases may result in account freezing or permanent suspension.
4.3 Any exploitation, fraud, or abuse of platform rules may result in confiscation of assets and account bans.
4.4 Illegal or criminal activity may be reported to judicial authorities.
4.5 Violations of laws, this Agreement, or other TicTic rules may result in account suspension or closure, with remaining Gold Coins frozen or forfeited.
Article 5 Recharge Terms for Minors
5.1 Guardians should supervise minors and prevent unauthorized payments.
5.2 Users under 18 must be at least 16 years old and rely primarily on their own labor income. Otherwise, use of the service is prohibited.
Article 6 Confidentiality Obligation
6.1 Confidential information includes all non-public technical, business, and operational information of TicTic.
6.2 Without written consent, you may not disclose or misuse TicTic’s confidential information.
6.3 Confidentiality obligations survive termination.
Article 7 Modification and Termination
7.1 TicTic may modify or terminate this Agreement when necessary.
7.2 Immediate termination may occur in cases of breach, legal violations, or failure to correct misconduct.
Article 8 Liability for Breach
8.1 You shall bear all costs and liabilities arising from infringement of third-party rights.
8.2 TicTic reserves the right to claim compensation for losses caused by breach.
Article 9 Miscellaneous
9.1 Updated agreements replace previous versions upon publication. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
