This TicTic host agreement (hereinafter referred to as “this Agreement”) stipulates the rights and obligations between the company and its affiliated enterprises (hereinafter referred to as “TicTic” or “TicTic platform“) and the host (hereinafter referred to as “you”) regarding the provision of video/voice live broadcasting services on the TicTic platform.
Please read this Agreement carefully before conducting any live video/voice broadcasts to ensure that you fully understand and accept all terms herein. You may not use the services covered by this Agreement unless you accept all its terms. Your live video/voice broadcast on the TicTic platform shall be deemed as your acceptance of this Agreement and your agreement to be bound by its terms.
Article 1 General Provisions
1.1 You must be at least 18 years old and have full civil capacity; or be at least 16 years old and primarily rely on your own labor income. If you do not meet the above conditions, you must immediately terminate registration or usage.
1.2 TicTic provides you with live video/voice broadcasting services as a platform host. You may use such services for performance sharing and online interaction upon agreeing to this Agreement.
1.3 In accordance with this Agreement and platform rules, you apply to become a host on the TicTic platform to provide live video/voice services and interact with users. The period during which you provide services shall be deemed the term of this Agreement. TicTic may review uploaded content, but you remain fully responsible for its legality, authenticity, accuracy, and timeliness.
1.4 During registration or use, you must submit required information for review. Incomplete or non-compliant information may result in registration failure or restricted use. You must promptly update TicTic if your personal information changes.
1.5 TicTic only provides an online interactive platform. No employment or labor relationship is formed between you and TicTic.
Article 2 Service Rules
2.1 TicTic reserves the right to revise platform protocols, rules, and codes of conduct at any time.
2.2 TicTic may entrust host management to a third-party organization such as a studio or guild in accordance with platform rules.
2.3 TicTic and any authorized guild may assess hosts based on broadcast duration, audience size, virtual gifts, complaints, and compliance. Violations may result in penalties including income deduction or account closure.
2.4 TicTic may propose improvement suggestions. You must rectify issues within three (3) days or face penalties.
2.5 TicTic may review broadcast content for legality and take actions including suspension, deletion, account termination, or cooperation with authorities.
2.6 TicTic may add watermarks containing the TicTic logo or name to live broadcasts.
2.7 TicTic provides technical platform support but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
2.8 Notifications may be delivered via announcements, in-app messages, email, SMS, or mail and shall be deemed served upon sending.
2.9 TicTic may modify, interrupt, or terminate services at any time without liability, with reasonable notice when possible.
Article 3 Rules of Use
3.1 You shall comply with Singapore laws and not infringe third-party rights.
3.2 You confirm that you possess all qualifications required to act as a host.
3.3 All income data shall be subject to TicTic system records. You agree to comply with platform rules and applicable laws.
3.4 You authorize TicTic to use your name and likeness worldwide for promotional purposes without compensation.
3.5 You warrant ownership or legal authorization of all uploaded content. Any liability arising from violations shall be borne solely by you, and TicTic may deduct damages from your income.
3.6 You are responsible for all equipment, network conditions, and costs required for broadcasting.
3.7 Content must not involve prohibited material including politics, violence, drugs, pornography, or illegal activities under Singapore law.
3.8 You must provide accurate personal information and complete real-name verification.
3.9 You agree to cooperate with identity verification procedures.
3.10 You must maintain platform order and refrain from unauthorized advertising.
3.11 Your account credentials are confidential and non-transferable. You are fully responsible for all activities under your account.
3.12 You must not disclose sensitive account or payment information.
3.13 You must not damage the image or brand of TicTic.
3.14 You must not spread false or damaging information about TicTic during or after the Agreement term.
3.15 You are solely responsible for any third-party disputes arising during broadcasts.
3.16 You must actively protect the image and interests of TicTic.
3.17 You may not promote or reference other live-streaming platforms on TicTic.
3.18 TicTic is not responsible for disputes with studios, agencies, or third parties.
3.19 If appointed through a studio or agency, all income shall be settled through that entity, and no claims may be made against TicTic.
Article 4 Intellectual Property Rights
4.1 All intellectual property related to the TicTic platform belongs to TicTic.
4.2 Reverse engineering or unauthorized use of platform software is prohibited.
4.3 You grant TicTic a worldwide, permanent, irrevocable, exclusive, and sublicensable license to all broadcast content.
Article 5 Confidentiality
5.1 Confidential information includes all non-public business, technical, and operational information of TicTic.
5.2 Without written consent, you may not disclose or misuse confidential information.
5.3 Confidentiality obligations survive termination.
Article 6 Modification and Termination
6.1 TicTic may modify or terminate this Agreement at any time.
6.2 TicTic may immediately terminate this Agreement for violations, legal breaches, or failure to rectify issues.
Article 7 Liability
7.1 TicTic shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses incurred by you.
7.2 TicTic may claim compensation for damages caused by your breach.
Article 8 Miscellaneous
8.1 This Agreement may be updated at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updates.
